I wish we could accommodate everyone. Unfortunately, space is limited and has been already been reserved for our close family members.

You're always more than welcomed to hang out there during the weekend.

We will have a Welcome Party at The Lodge on Friday 5/30 beginning at 6:30 pm. Please RSVP on the invite that will be coming your way so that we can get a head count for food.

Saturday will be a fun morning for anyone to enjoy their time around the area.

We ask that people do take their seats for the ceremony at 4:30 pm.

Yes and no. Cell service can be very tricky up in the mountain. The venue does provide Starlink services but it can be a bit patchy. Quick and easy way of communication at the venue will be by using our handy dandy walkie talkies (just like camp days!)

Yes, we will have complimentary shuttles available for Saturday's ceremony on 5/31. We're offering free pick up stations from Sierra Sky Ranch, Tenaya Resort and Best Western Inn, Oakhurst, CA. We want our guests are able to relax and enjoy the day of festivities with us.

The exact service pick up location spot and time schedule is still being arranged, stay tuned for that info!

** Please note that we will not have shuttles operating on Friday 5/30 for the Welcome Party portion.

There are 2 parking lots available at the venue site. please see the map attached. '

I recommend using a transportation company such as Uber or Lyft.

Parking at the venue is available for those who would like to drive up. The road has been newly paved and it's a 15 minute windy route up to the venue.

Free Shuttle services will be provided for Friday's Welcome Gathering and for the day of the wedding for those who would like to relax without driving.

Pick up/drop off points will be Sierra Sky Ranch (Friday & Saturday)

Best Western Inn (Friday & Saturday) & Tenaya Resort (Saturday only)

Shuttles will be running in increments time slots for easy travel.

Amelia will connect with everyone on shuttle schedule a week prior to wedding.
